Hot Hitmakers: This Week's Top Songwriters

Oct 24, 2018

Multiple entries on the Hot 100 from single albums are becoming more and more common, especially in hip hop. This week, Quavious Marshall (PKA Quavo) returns to the Hot Hitmakers on just such a feat with 7 songs from his debut solo albumFlip The Switch, entering the Hot 100 in its first week.

But it's not just Marshall who benefits from this chart activity, as he's not the only one responsible. His co-writers are also making major chart moves this week. Aubrey Graham (PKA Drake) replaces Dominique Jones in the top spot. Shane Lindstrom (PKA Murda Beatz) returns, and Wesley Glass (PKA Wheezy) debuts due to their contributions.

Also new to the chart this week is Benito Martinez, with credit on Bad Bunny's "MIA."
